Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) defines the rules for using services provided by Swaplio. The Policy is mandatory for all clients and aims to ensure legality, security, and stability of the infrastructure.
1. General Provisions
The Client must use the services responsibly without violating the rights of other users or threatening platform stability.
The Client must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and international standards.
The Client is responsible for protecting their data, accounts, and software, including applying security updates and proper cybersecurity practices.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Using services for illegal purposes.
- DDoS attacks, port scanning, password brute-forcing, vulnerability exploitation.
- Distribution of malware or participation in botnets.
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Hosting illegal, infringing, misleading, or defamatory content.
- Phishing, identity theft, or fraudulent activity.
- Excessive CPU/RAM/I/O usage affecting other clients.
- Cryptocurrency mining without written permission.
- Actions damaging the Swaplio’s infrastructure or reputation.
- Use of services by sanctioned individuals or entities.
3. Resource Usage
Virtual servers use shared computing resources. Short load spikes are acceptable, but constant 100% usage of all vCPUs is not allowed.
CPU Policy:
- 25% of one physical core guaranteed per vCPU.
- Promo plans MSK-E0 and DE-E0 guarantee 10% per vCPU.
4. Network Traffic
Traffic is unlimited, however excessive usage that negatively affects the network or other clients may result in speed limitations.
5. Email and Anti-Spam
- SMTP ports 25 and 465 are closed by default.
- Promo plans cannot open these ports.
- Standard plans may request opening after verification.
- Clients must maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
6. Contact Information
- Clients must provide accurate contact details.
- Temporary email addresses are prohibited.
- Contact details must be updated within 7 days of change.
7. Security
If services are compromised or involved in abuse, the Swaplio may temporarily suspend them until issues are resolved.
8. Enforcement
The Swaplio may:
- issue warnings
- limit resources
- suspend services
- terminate service agreements
9. Abuse Reports
Abuse complaints should be sent to abuse@swapl.io including incident time, logs, and affected IPs or domains.
10. Policy Changes
The Swaplio may update this Policy. Continued use of services after publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the new version.
