Can I install my own OS?

Yes, in most cases this is possible, but it also depends on the hardware support for KVM virtualization for the specific operating system. We offer automatic installation of the most popular systems, including those with pre-installed software. If you need a custom system installation, please contact our support team.
Can I get a refund?

Yes. A newly created service is refunded in full if you contact support on the same calendar day it was created. After that, fixed-term services are eligible for a partial refund, calculated pro-rata from the days remaining until expiry. Unused account balance can be returned to the original payment method.
